Shipping Policy

We currently ship to selected destinations within Germany, the European Union and selected international countries.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination and are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Processing and Delivery
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier and current shipping volume. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered within the legally applicable delivery period.

International Orders, Customs and Import Charges
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Returns
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising their right of withdrawal, as described in our Right of Withdrawal policy.
